The 2018 National FFA Scholarship Application goes live Wednesday, November 15!
Students –
- Access the application through FFA.org. FFA members create FFA.org accounts using an Invite code or FFA ID. (Invite codes are obtained from their FFA advisors.) Students with existing accounts sign in using those credentials.
Remember: Under no circumstances should FFA members create FFA.org accounts without an Invite code or FFA ID.Accounts created without an Invite Code or FFA ID are for non-member use only. FFA members submitting a “non-member” application are not eligible for scholarships with membership criteria. (Submitting more than one application is grounds for disqualification.)
Membership status is checked before judging begins. ONLY STUDENTS WITH A CURRENT, ACTIVE MEMBERSHIP STATUS WILL BE ELIGIBLE TO COMPETE FOR SCHOLARSHIPS WITH MEMBERSHIP CRITERIA. The deadline to confirm membership status with the National FFA Organization is MARCH 1, 2018. National FFA will not contact states during judging to confirm status.
The following two sponsors have added eligibility requirements:
- America’s Farmers Grow Ag Leaders scholarships (Monsanto Fund) require applicants to obtain two electronic farmer endorsements. Details at FFA.org/scholarships (under the America’s Farmers Grow Ag Leaders logo) or at GrowAgLeaders.com.
- Built Ford Tough scholarships require applicants to visit a participating dealer and obtain an endorsement on the 2018 Signature Page.
DEADLINES: The 2018 scholarship application must be submitted online prior to 11:59 p.m.* EST Feb. 1, 2018.
Signature Pages must be mailed postmarked no later than Feb. 8, 2018.

Oregon Jaycee Foundation scholarship program. Our foundation will award up to $ 2,000 in scholarships to several graduating Oregon high school seniors in the Class of 2017. The amount of the scholarship is a one-time grant. The final selection of a recipient will be based on the following criteria: leadership qualities, personal accomplishments and community service.
The Oregon Seed Council is offering scholarships again this year to college bound students who have had a connection to Oregon’s seed industry without regard to the area of study. Three scholarships will be awarded in the amounts of $2,000, $1,000 and $500. The application can be found on the information page of the Oregon Seed Council’s website at http://www.oregonseedcouncil.org/info/ Please remind your students who qualify to apply for the scholarship. The deadline for applications is March 1, 2017.

Advisors log into FFA.org to renew rosters and issue Invite codes. Advisors who do not have an FFA.org login should obtain one from state staff. FFA members must be renewed and active on the chapter roster. Invite codes appear by member names on the active roster. Invitations can be generated individually or by using the “Bulk Action” option.

The application can be found on the information page of the Oregon Seed Council’s website at http://www.oregonseedcouncil.org/info/ Please remind your students who qualify to apply for the scholarship when the time comes.
Oregon FFA Scholarships and WLC Scholarships-APPLY NOW!
Attached you will find the 2017 Oregon FFA scholarship application which will allow you to apply for multiple scholarships with one application. Please note you must provide ONE ORIGINAL COPY of the application plus required attachments for EACH scholarship and to mark the box for each scholarship they are applying for.
You will also find the 2016 WLC scholarship applications.
All completed applications with attachments must be postmarked no later than or hand-delivered no later than 5 PM on January 31, 2017. All incomplete or late applications will be rejected, NO EXCEPTIONS. The Oregon FFA Association will not inspect applications for completeness prior to the deadline.
