Check it out! Fall FFA Grants Available

1.       SAE Grants – $141,000 available in $1,000 grants for students grades 7-11.  Grant applications are due November 15th online through AgCN.  SAE grants are available in a wide variety of SAE project areas including numerous grants for any area as determined by the applicant.  In addition to the dozens of traditional SAE grants, we also have 10 grants this year for organic SAE students.  Please consider encouraging students to apply for these grants that might not have the resources or opportunity to develop a more traditional SAE.  The emerging growth of the organic sector in the agriculture economy makes this a great opportunity for students.  Please see the attached resource document for more information about the organic grants.  Please visithttps://www.ffa.org/programs/grantsandscholarships/SAEGrants/Pages/default.aspx to get started with a SAE grant application.

2.       Food for All Grants – $2,500 available for chapters.  Grant applications are due November 26th online at: https://www.ffa.org/Programs/GrantsAndScholarships/LivingToServe/Pages/Food-For-All.aspx.  We are also offering five educational webinars for students and teachers who want to learn more about the grants and the application process.  These webinars are available in late October and early November.  The webinars are optional but encouraged so interested chapters can learn more about the application process and how the money can be used.   Please note that Food for All grants can be used to enhance existing projects that address hunger at the local or regional level.
